#Tuesday20 - Something Beautiful with @AndrewKJericho

Something Beautiful by Andrew Jericho

Transman, Reed Collins and his partner, Levon Kruger, an openly gay drummer for the heavy metal band Hardcore, have been in a committed relationship for eight months. The couple is continuing to explore the love and passion that began in an online chat program a year ago. Recently, they further defined that commitment as a marriage.

While on their honeymoon, Avery Gaines walks into their lives in what he calls, “a chance meeting.” The couple is immediately attracted to the tall, dark-haired stranger, with deep green eyes. Reed is the first to admit his love for Avery, but Levon holds his emotions in check. Avery wants the trio to share love and a commitment, not readily understanding Levon’s reservations.

The romantic triangle goes through a period of conflict and turmoil, until Levon finally reveals a promise that he made to Reed, and how loving Avery would call into question the very foundation of the marriage he shares with his partner.

Note: This book contains double anal penetration.

“Sweet transman, that’s how to suck a dick!” Levon moaned.

Feeling Levon’s hands on the back of his neck, gently caressing his skin, Reed slid his lips further down the shaft of his partner’s cock, allowing the swollen head to hit the back of his throat.

“Reed, this past year with you has been heaven.”

Reed’s mouth was drenched with Levon’s pre-cum, as he was aware of his partner’s familiar throbbing, which always signaled an approaching orgasm.

“Babe, your mouth is so warm! The only thing hotter is your ass!”

Levon’s cock was completely buried within Reed’s mouth, as he tightly sucked the swollen shaft. Slicking two fingers, Reed inserted them into Levon’s entry, hoping to heighten his lover’s pleasure.

“I love you, Playboy28! Marry me!”

Reed’s mouth was now flush with Levon’s groin, as he continued the slow, deliberate suck on his partner’s dick. One hand was kneading his lover’s buttocks, as two fingers from his other were stretching Levon’s anal cavity. His partner’s prostate was swollen, causing the drummer to writhe beneath his touch.

“I want us to have babies, too. I’m so close, but I don’t want to
come yet. I’ll do that in your tight ass.”

As Levon flipped him to his back, Reed watched as his partner lubed three fingers, slipping each digit individual into his cavity.

“Levon!”

“What? I know you heard me ask you to marry me.”

The fingers were quickly replaced with Levon’s cock, as his partner slowly filled him. With each tender thrust of his hips, Reed listened to his lover groan. The rings of muscles were quickly opening under his partner’s loving touch, while his anal cavity accepted Levon’s dick. Feeling his lover’s pulsating cock buried deep inside him had to be one of the most sensual and erotic sensations between
them.

1st 20 sentences ~

Minerva watched the middle-aged man leave the seat he’d occupied each day for the past six months. His tortured and confused soul touched her even without the full moon’s light. Maybe this full moon he will be chosen, she thought.
***
Six months ago Adrian discovered Minerva’s Mystic Museum. He’d started to spend his lunch hour there. Better there than in his lonely apartment. For many years his wife, Angelina, had his lunch ready and waiting for him in that apartment. They lived in a rent-controlled building just a short subway ride from the bakery where he worked. The museum was within walking distance of the bakery. Recently he’d begun to grab something to eat from a vendor on the way to the museum. Angelina would be rolling over in her grave. She’d been proud of her home-cooked healthy meals. He didn’t give two shits about what he ate now. He didn’t care about his health since he’d lost her. She was a statistic now, just another number added to the long list of nameless numbers that heart failure had claimed.
She’d gone quickly. At least he hoped she hadn’t suffered. He’d come home for lunch one day and found her, dead on the kitchen floor. He could still feel the shock of that discovery, the wrenching pain, and the ensuing numbness. She was too young to die.

1st 20 sentences ~

“Miss, you’ll need you to fill out this form and sign here…and here…and this page here.” The clerk at the town hall instructed the woman who had come to have her name formally changed.
The woman was in her mid-twenties and couldn’t seem to sign the papers quick enough. She looked simple enough in a pair of jeans and a Hello Kitty t-shirt that seemed a little too tight. Her auburn hair was to the middle of her back and she had on light make-up. The woman had a black leather, Emily the Strange backpack hanging off her shoulder and a pink beaded stud collar around her neck. The clerk did a double take when she had walked in with the papers from McGee’s law office. They just didn’t get too many people that looked like this woman and the clerk hoped that the lady didn’t stick around long around.
The young woman smiled as the clerk notarized and affixed the state stamp on the documents. Officially, Anya Louise Pascal was no more! This made the death of her old life or rather existence null and void! She was now and would forever be known as Ivy Rayne Morgan. Ivy had spent a lot of time with the help of Terrance McGee and Lorna Vest creating a new identity that would launch her into her new life; a life that included freedom! She’d never be able to repay Terrance or Lorna for what they had done for her but they had explained that was their job. The old woman handed her the papers and Ivy clutched them to her chest. In a few days she would be starting college classes at the local community college and her new job at a local diner. Ivy nearly skipped out the doors of the city hall.
Lorna was waiting for Ivy outside leaning against her minivan. Ivy waved the papers as she descended the steps of city hall with a huge smile on her face. Lorna was in her late thirties and tough as they come.

#Tuesday 20 ~ Red Moon Rising by Joy Lynn Fielding

Purchase fromBooksrand
Red Moon Rising by Joy Lynn Fielding

Caught in the wrong place at the wrong time, Tristan Howe is abducted and imprisoned by a pack at war with his own. His future looks bleak until he finds an unexpected ally in enemy pack member, Colby Williams. A fragile bond develops between them as they escape together.

Once he’s safely back with his own pack, Tristan finds his feelings for Colby are more than just gratitude for being rescued. He’s delighted to learn that they’re reciprocated, and even more excited to realize he and Colby are mates.

But idealistic Tristan finally has to face up to the fact that even true love might not be enough to defeat the forces ranged against them—not least his pack-mates’ suspicion and hostility toward Colby, and a mate so scarred by his abusive past that he doesn’t know how to be free. All Tristan can do is try.

Tuesday 20

Tristan liked working the late shift at the diner. He enjoyed every shift, for that matter—free food wasn’t to be sneezed at, and at twenty years old he was still a growing boy, even if Bryce was beginning to mutter that six one was quite grown enough, thank you. But the late shift was the best because he got to take home any cupcakes that were left over from Jason’s baking session that morning. He sometimes wondered if Sam kept them back for him, because one time he’d mentioned it to Jason and he’d looked blankly at Tristan. “Never happens when Riley’s working that shift,” he’d said.

Well, maybe that was because Sam, along with Tristan, hadn’t yet forgiven Riley for what he’d done to Jason. Sure, he could see that Jason was drifting around with a permanent smile in his eyes these days, happier than Tristan had ever known him, but Tristan still didn’t like Riley. He’d seemed so nice and easy to talk to, but all along he’d been lying to them, and now he was living as part of the pack and they were all supposed to try and get along with him.

Bryce had said to give it time. Well, it had been a month or so, and still Tristan hardly spoke to him, even if he did take some private amusement in seeing the way Riley, so full of himself at first and obviously thinking a job at the diner was beneath his special talents, had knuckled down to help Sam out while her waitress was off sick.

Tristan hung around till Sam had put the day’s takings in the safe because leaving her alone while she counted out piles of bills didn’t sit right with him—if he knew her routine, others would too. And when that was done, he headed out, happily clutching a paper bag containing his cupcakes.

The night was still and quiet and he shivered slightly at the chill in the air. Fall was here, and it would only get colder and darker from now on. The moon hung large and red in the sky, as if washed with blood, and he shivered again. This was the twenty-first century and he didn’t believe all those old shifter superstitions, but there was something about the moon that defied all science because how in the hell was it possible that a wolf’s coat could turn silver in moonlight the way Jesse’s did unless there was something in the old tales of moonlight and magic?

The scent of white chocolate and raspberry from the bag he was holding brought him back to himself—the moon was red due to atmospheric pollution and nothing else. With a grin at his idiocy, he headed toward his car, fumbling in his pocket for his keys. And then he stopped dead. Something was wrong.
